Inclusion Health Devon CIC invites a qualified nurse to join our outreach-focused primary care team in Barnstaple. The role centers on delivering compassionate nursing care to people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable housing, bridging health inequalities and promoting dignity and timely care.

You will work at The Freedom Centre with Outreach to temporary accommodation and on-street settings, linking with NHS partners and statutory services to prevent avoidable admissions and support.
