Shawe Physio is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Podiatrist / Chiropodist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice in Hoddesdon.
We are Hertfordshire’s premier provider of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, massage and wellbeing services, with a strong reputation for evidence-based care, outstanding patient experience, and collaborative working.
The Role
We are seeking a self-employed clinician to provide a broad range of podiatry/chiropody services including:
- General foot care
- Biomechanical assessments
- MSK podiatry
- Orthotics
- Diabetic foot care
- Nail surgery
- Verruca treatment
- Sports-related lower limb management
Clinic days and hours are fully flexible and can be tailored around the successful applicant’s availability and goals.
Responsibilities
Independently responsible for clinical caseload and insurance company reporting.
We provide an admin team to support with insurance company invoicing, payment handling and rebooking patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for either:
- A driven newly qualified clinician looking to build their own caseload within a supportive and established clinic environment, or
- An experienced podiatrist/chiropodist with an existing patient base seeking excellent facilities, admin support, and strong cross-referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Podiatry /
- Be HCPC registered
- Hold appropriate professional liability insurance
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be confident managing their own caseload
- Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
