Salary: £32,073 – £39,043 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Take the clinical and managerial lead of dental nurses and receptionists, including timetabling, recruitment, training and supervision.
- Support clinical governance programmes.
- Undertake dental nursing and reception duties within your job role.
- Excellent organisational, leadership and oral and written communication skills are required.
- Certificates in Dental Radiography and Conscious Sedation would be an advantage.
- Flexibility is required with regard to working hours and locations to cover the full range of sessions worked within the service, which may include Saturday or Sunday.
- Provide support at other clinics when necessary; therefore ability to travel is essential.
