CHFT seeks a strategic Head of Midwifery to lead maternity, gynaecology and neonatal services within the Women’s and Family Health Directorate. You will partner with senior leaders to assure governance, quality, and delivery of high-quality, patient-led care for women, babies, and families.
You will influence clinical standards, shape practice, and promote safety and innovation across complex services, working closely with ADN/DOM and executive teams.
