Main duties of the job include delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients and families throughout their care journey, promoting dignity, choice, and independence, using strong communication and organisational skills to deliver efficient, compassionate care, and contributing ideas to continuously improve our services.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (NMC/1st level registration), confident using IT systems and familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), has a flexible, proactive approach to work and a genuine passion for community nursing, holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for work purposes.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) within a team that provides care 7 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00, ensuring flexibility and balance across shifts.
