Due to continued business growth, PAM Group is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse to join our dedicated Day One team.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position working over x3 long days (x13.3 hours per day)

• Sunday
• Monday
• One additional variable day

The third working day may be allocated as an alternating day shared with another team member or worked on a rota basis, depending on business requirements.

As part of your contractual obligations, you will also be expected to provide occasional night shift cover when required to support operational needs.

This role is perfect for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on variety, and is passionate about supporting people from their very first point of contact. You'll play a vital role within our 24/7 Day One Centre, helping employees across the UK access timely clinical support and guidance when they need it most.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle absence calls and provide initial clinical support and guidance to employees.
• Process Fit4Jobs pre-employment health questionnaires.
• Interpret blood test results and support clinical decision-making.
• Deliver early intervention support to promote employee health and wellbeing.
• Work closely with our wider clinical team to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with PAM's clinical governance framework.
• Confidently use IT systems to manage calls, documentation, and reporting activities.

About You

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated nurse who can communicate effectively and work confidently in a busy clinical environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) status with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions.
• A minimum of 6 months' UK-based clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong IT skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Previous Occupational Health experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
