Medway NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse in the ICU, within Surgery and Anaesthetics, Band 6. The post holder will deputise the Senior Sister / Senior Charge Nurse and lead a multi-disciplinary nursing team with a focus on delivering high standards of care.
You will provide strong clinical leadership, supervise students and junior staff, and participate in service development to ensure patient outcomes meet the Trust's Patient First approach.
