Your role
You will be in the driving seat and manage the daily operations, from overseeing full-funnel activation including handle management, content creation, and paid campaigns to performance insights generation and optimization. You are a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment connecting and collaborating closely with the marketing teams, media agencies and TikTok partners to drive best in class consumer experience on the platform. Content briefing, planning & creation
- Responsible for identifying and briefing content needs across the funnel
- Creation and optimisation of content (agency and in-house)
- Owner of content calendar creation and alignment with marketing teams and agency partners
Campaign briefing, planning, activation & optimisation
- Accountable for annual and quarterly TikTok campaign planning covering full funnel paid (advertising), handle (owned) and earned (affiliates) in collaboration with agency and TSP
- Oversee briefing and sampling program for affiliates and creators
- Supporting TSP and retail team on TikTok live planning and activation
- Drive continuous optimisation and own performance reporting and forums including quarterly performance reviews with extended marketing team.
Training and Capability Building
- Stay up to date with the latest platform developments and social trends on TikTok
- Drive engagement and capabilities within the Philips organisation to lift the standard of activation through collaboration.
- Be the first POC for agency including up to date product and brand training for partners.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week (this can be in Philips and/or agency office). This role is an office role.
You’re right for this role if:
- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Media
- Deep expertise in full social eco-system; paid, organic, influencer, commerce
- Passion for content with experience in content briefing, planning and optimization
- Agency incl TSP management is a plus
- German Native + Business Fluent in English – a must
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to translate and simplify complex and technical topics
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a matrixed organisation and with agency counterparts
