We’re hiring an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to work directly with our CMO to turn strategy into shipped execution across our growth channels. This is a rare opportunity to gain frontline experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary role with real ownership and hands‑on responsibility at one of the UK’s fastest‑growing consumer startups. You’ll sit at the centre of email, website, creative feedback loops, and agency coordination – making sure ideas don’t stay as slides, but get launched, tested, and improved every single week. No two days will be the same: one day you might be coordinating content shoots with our celebrity trainers, the next you’ll be shaping briefs for new Meta ad concepts and pushing performance forward. This role is not about channel specialism, it’s about making the growth flywheel spin faster.

Requirements

  • EMAIL MARKETING & CRM: Own Klaviyo execution across demand generation & user product retention through campaigns & email flows. You will be responsible for setting up flows & campaigns, analysing performance and making improvements. You will have design resource available to help you build the campaigns, you will be responsible for strategy, briefing & execution.
  • WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & CRO: Own website management across both UK & newly launched US Shopify stores. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, write specs & brief our web development agency. You’ll also be responsible for optimising website copy, & working with designers/photographers to ensure our imagery is best in class and on brand.
  • CREATIVE & AGENCY COORDINATION: Work with the CMO to build a clear reporting structure & roadmap for our Meta ads. What is working, what isn’t and what creative angles to try next. Turn these into clear briefs for our external ads agencies and UGC creators.
  • REPORTING & PRIORITISATION: Own weekly reporting across email, paid media, and sales performance. Work closely with the CMO to identify strengths, weaknesses, priority areas, and initiatives to deprioritise.
  • PRODUCT DEMOS: Run live product demos with prospective customers over Zoom, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and real-world impact of the MAGIC Mirror to drive confidence and conversion.
  • STRATEGY & FORECASTING: Work closely with the CMO and senior leadership team to shape growth forecasts and expansion plans. You’ll have genuine input into key decisions, with your insights actively influencing direction and investment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, execution-focused operator who thrives in a fast-moving DTC environment. They’re comfortable owning work end‑to‑end, prioritising under pressure, and turning strategy into reality across multiple channels. Experience/skills:

  • 2-3 years experience working in/with direct to consumer brands (essential)
  • Shopify (essential)
  • CRM/Email marketing, preferably Klaviyo (not essential but highly preferred)
  • Meta & Google ads (not essential but highly preferred)
  • Analytics & data platforms (GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo etc)
  • Excellent communicator (you’ll be expected to do product demos for customers)
