Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian to join the Community Dietetic Team in Doncaster. You will lead specialist caseloads across neurology, nutrition support and enteral feeding, delivering patient-centred care in community, care homes and inpatient settings.
You'll work within a supportive MDT, provide expert assessment, contribute to service development and education, and maintain HCPC registration and CPD while upholding RDaSH values
