Dental Process Worker - Dental Lab

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and adaptable Dental Prosthetics Process Worker to join our Dental Prosthetics department.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected dental laboratory with a long-standing reputation for striving for excellence in the manufacture of high-quality dental prosthetics.

Working alongside our experienced technicians, you will provide essential support in the production of cases such as removable dentures and full-arch implant-retained prosthetic bridges.

You will play a key role in helping to ensure efficiency and accuracy, to the exceptional standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the prosthetics department throughout the production process.
  • Process Bite Blocks, Custom Trays and Essix Retainer prostheses.
  • Prepare models, flasks, and prosthetic components for processing.
  • Carry out polishing, finishing, trimming where required.
  • Help to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with workflow management to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Handle materials, equipment, and laboratory instruments with care and precision.
  • Work collaboratively with technicians to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.
  • Follow laboratory protocols and quality assurance procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the laboratory's reputation for excellence.
