Badby Park is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our specialist team in Daventry on 22.5 hours a week. You will manage a diverse caseload with complex communication, tracheostomy and dysphagia needs, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with the MDT, providing assessments, interventions and training to therapy aides and staff, and contributing to capacity assessments and assistive technology initiatives.
