What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team with a salary up to £52,500. This is a full-time, Monday to Sunday role. Please note that, as we are a 24/7 Pharmacy, any successful applicant for this position will be expected to contribute to our nights service.
What will your duties include?
- Supports the development, validation and maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR), and EPR/Pharmacy automation related medication databases and dictionaries.
- Provides day-to-day clinical pharmacy services for defined clinical areas.
- Assures safe and secure medicines management practice in clinical areas.
- Supports Pharmacy and other multidisciplinary staff to meet their medicines-related educational and development needs.
- Participates and supports medicines management related innovation.
What we need from you?
- Completion of a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) - Required
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council - Required
- Demonstrable evidence of competence in general clinical practice, including medicine and surgery – Required
- Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient requirements – Required
- Experience of working in a hospital, and of project related work in this environment – Required
