Meeveem Limited is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support a range of services within our Frailty Service in Hull.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive geriatric assessments for patients in the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre, care homes, community bedded units and the Hospital at Home Frailty Virtual Ward, including home visits.
Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
