What you’ll do:

  • Lead on inpatient and outpatient reviews, including consultant-led and nurse-led clinics.
  • Coordinate patient care, completing holistic needs assessments and supporting treatment pathways.
  • Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, evidence-based care.
  • Act as a clinical expert, providing guidance and education to colleagues and patients.
  • Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration and a relevant post-registration qualification.
  • At least one year’s experience working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • Strong background in oncology, with exposure to medical, clinical or surgical oncology.
  • Confidence in autonomous practice, caseload management, and clinical decision-making.
  • Passion for education, leadership, and continuous improvement.
