Clinical Improvement Coach
Covering the Merseyside FAS region - Runcorn, Anfield and Childwall (May be required to attend other assessment sites in the Central and Yorkshire regions)

We’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Improvement Coach to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll enhance clinical performance across our Health Professional (HP) population, supporting the delivery of Functional Assessment Service (FAS) assessments through targeted coaching, feedback, and quality assurance.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver supportive, constructive coaching interventions to improve clinical assessment quality.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance Managers to identify and support HPs most at risk.
- Analyse clinical reports and feedback to identify training and development needs.
- Provide tailored coaching and signposting to resources that enhance HP performance.
- Monitor assessment duration and time management, offering guidance where needed.
- Maintain clinical competency through regular assessments (face to face, telephone, or virtual).
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and accountability.
What you'll bring:
- Full registration with a relevant professional body.
- Minimum one year’s post approval experience as a Health Assessor.
- F2F PIP assessment training.
- In depth knowledge of FAS assessments and clinical report writing.
- Up to date clinical expertise across a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt coaching to individual learning styles.
- Previous experience in clinical coaching (desirable).
- A positive, quality focused mindset with a passion for professional development.
