We’re Hiring: EMEA Category Manager at Alliance Pharma Head office – Chippenham, Wiltshire – 2 days a week hybrid, will require EMEA travel.
Reporting to EMEA Commercial and Operations Director, you will drive regional category growth, shape strategic impact, and elevate our consumer healthcare brands. Alliance Pharma is looking for an exceptional EMEA Category Manager to lead and accelerate category performance across the region primarily for our Consumer Health brands Kelo Cote, MacuShield, and Ashton & Parsons. This is a high visibility, strategically critical role at the intersection of Global Marketing, EMEA Commercial, and local market execution. What you’ll own & influence:
- Be the strategic bridge for EMEA.
- Act as the regional category lead, translating global brand strategy into actionable, localised category plans.
- Connect cross functional teams across Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, Insight & Supply Chain.
- Embed a scalable EMEA Category Management framework across markets with varied maturity.
Drive category strategy and growth:
- Lead the 1–3-year category vision for Scar Care, Eye Health and Baby Care.
- Build compelling annual EMEA growth stories and activation priorities.
- Identify gaps, unmet needs and new category/portfolio opportunities.
- Strengthen our influence with customers through confident category leadership.
Champion Category Management Excellence:
- Define EMEA assortment, distribution and merchandising principles.
- Lead regional range review frameworks and toolkits.
- Deliver monthly EMEA category trackers and cross market insights.
- Monitor competitive actions on pricing, claims, and promotional intensity.
Build capability across EMEA:
- Elevate local teams through best practice frameworks, tools, coaching and insight-driven storytelling.
- Raise the standard of category thinking across the region.

- Regional/Multi market Category Management experience (Consumer Health, FMCG or Pharma).
