As an Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (ECP), you'll be part of our valued team in the Hospital at Home service based across community bases within Swindon or Wiltshire (North, East, South or West). The Ideal Candidate:
- Current professional registration with the NMC or HCPC

- Proven ability to independently manage complex caseloads
- Excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgement
- Current full driving license and use of a car during working hours
