Eakin Healthcare is looking for a dual-hatted Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our Data team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our data and business intelligence projects are delivered on time while meeting the specific functional requirements of our stakeholders. You will act as the bridge between technical IT teams and business departments to drive efficiency and better decision-making through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data and IT projects, from initial scoping to final delivery.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify process improvements and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise functional specifications.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful implementation.
- Translate complex business needs into technical tasks for the BI and Data teams.
- Ensure data integrity and quality standards are maintained across all project deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of data structures, Business Intelligence (BI), and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Prince2.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimisation.
