AWP CAMHS division seeks an experienced pharmacist to deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service to CAMHS teams across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The post involves medicines optimisation, safe psychotropic prescribing and leading quality improvement initiatives.
You will provide independent prescribing clinics or work towards this qualification, manage a CYP caseload, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes for children and young people.
