Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to assess and treat adults experiencing homelessness with co-existing substance use and mental health needs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with Supporting People to address complex housing and mental health challenges.
The role involves applying MOHO-based assessments and evidence-based interventions, managing a defined caseload, and contributing to a programme of recovery.
