ACCURX IS SOLVING HEALTHCARE PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE NHS. For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care. Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: We've grown the team a lot during the last year, and this has been driven by our success in secondary care. The Business Development and Partnerships team are truly at the forefront of our mission to redefine acute care. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it’s about architecting our footprint within the NHS from scratch, turning our cutting-edge AI-powered note-taker Accurx Scribe into the new standard for clinical efficiency.
- Forging a new market path: Leading our efforts in the complex acute care sector by identifying high-value NHS Trusts and constructing a high-velocity sales pipeline from zero.
- Elevating partnerships: Moving past traditional vendor relationships to become a strategic advisor, aligning our vision with the long-term transformation goals of NHS leadership.
- Bridging tech and triage: Directly linking acute service pain points to our AI Scribe and Total Triage tools, proving their value through high-stakes clinical pilots.
- Evidencing impact: Generating the tangible data and 'real-world' proof points required to show how our solutions measurably improve patient outcomes and staff retention.
- Scaling transformation: Translating successful local projects into broad, trust-wide implementations that fundamentally change how healthcare is delivered.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... You are a proven deal-closer with a background in sales or partnerships and a history of nurturing high-value, long-term accounts. You have a sophisticated grasp of the NHS landscape, specifically the inner workings and procurement nuances of Acute Trusts. You’re a proven self-starting strategist who takes full ownership of the sales lifecycle, from the first cold outreach to the final handshake. You possess grit and intellectual agility to navigate a high-growth environment, using evidence and insight to turn 'no' into 'how.' You maintain a data-centric mindset, capable of leveraging analytics and automation to scale your impact without losing the human touch. You are a collaborative powerhouse who enjoys working alongside Product and Client Success teams to ensure our technology solves genuine clinical problems. You’re the definition of mission-driven and thrive when the stakes are high, motivated by the opportunity to modernise healthcare infrastructure.
