The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our dedicated on-site healthcare team, based at a corporate client location in Manchester. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality MSK physiotherapy services within a professional corporate environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting employee wellbeing, helping individuals achieve optimal function, and promoting a culture of proactive health management in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert MSK assessment, triage, and treatment for employees.
  • Deliver occupational health physiotherapy, supporting return-to-work and injury prevention initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and MI statistics in line with governance standards.
  • Contribute to practice meetings and collaborative care planning.
  • Work closely with GPs, Nursing, and the local workforce to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
  • Manage administrative duties efficiently to ensure smooth service delivery.

About You

  • HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
  • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in MSK outpatients.
  • Proven experience within corporate healthcare or a primary care/GP practice setting (desirable)
  • Strong background in primary care and/or community-based physiotherapy.
  • Postgraduate MSK qualification (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Confident with IT systems and accurate record-keeping.
