Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Community OT Band 6 for the Berkshire NHS-Learning Disability Service in Bracknell. This fixed-term contract (37.5 hours per week) is to work in our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities in the Bracknell locality.
You will provide OT interventions to adults with learning disabilities in community settings, support families/carers and other provider agencies, and manage a caseload with driving licence required.
