Are you a motivated and passionate registered nurse looking to use your skills to deliver results under pressure in a culture of change? Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our small and supportive Recovery department part time on a 12-month fixed term contract.
As a Registered Nurse within our recovery team, you’ll be an integral part of our healthcare team and work as a skilled member of the nursing team to assist in high level of care for patients. We offer a variety of surgeries but predominately orthopedic surgery. Support will be given on another specialty surgery if there is minimal or no experience. This requires planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient’s condition and care following agreed care pathways. You will be confident in responding to changes in condition, proposing/making changes to care plan as required to assist with the provision of an environment conducive to clinical excellence.
This role requires DBS clearance. If you have NMC registration and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge & experience in professional clinical practice, then we would like to hear from you. Relevant experience in the Recovery environment is desirable.
