Main Responsibilities:
- Work with a good degree of independence, carrying out tasks and responsibilities delegated by the lead clinician.
- Coordinate specialist interventions for people who might otherwise require hospital care.
- Take responsibility for your clinical caseload and ensure smooth coordination of care throughout each patient's journey.
- Provide evidence-based advanced clinical skills to support appropriate patient care.
- Organise your time and workload effectively, advocating for patients and managing your caseload.
- Serve as a positive role model for colleagues and promote collaborative working.

Ideal Candidate:
- Registered nurse/Paramedic
