Job summary
This exciting opportunity will be of interest to a Registered Nurse who has a passion to deliver excellence in care delivery to patients on Dulas ward. Dulas ward is an ENT ward with medical outliers from Respiratory, Endocrinology and Cardiology specialities. What makes Dulas ward an exciting ward to work on is the mix of medical and surgical patients, short stay and patients with complex discharge needs. This role would suit both a newly qualified, experience nurse and those looking to develop their skills in ENT nursing.
Main duties of the job
Delivering a high standard of care to the patients on Dulas ward. Co ordinating care of the patients, working with the MDT, engaging with discharge planning and acting as a role model to junior staff
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
