The Role

Home and care home visits across South London, working alongside the physiotherapy and OT team. You address what physical rehabilitation alone does not reach - the cognitive and psychological dimensions of recovery.

Your caseload:

  • Neuropsychological assessment in the patient's own environment
  • Cognitive rehabilitation following stroke, brain injury, or progressive neurological conditions
  • Memory, attention, planning, and decision-making support
  • Helping patients and families understand and adapt to cognitive changes

Who Can Apply

  • HCPC registered as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • BPS membership, preferably Division of Neuropsychology
  • 2+ years UK experience in clinical neuropsychology or neurorehabilitation
  • Experience with cognitive assessment in community or home settings
  • Based in or able to cover South London
  • Enhanced DBS, or willing to obtain one before starting
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
