Sherwood Dental Care is entering an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our friendly, supportive and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your dental nursing career within a practice that genuinely invests in its people. Over the coming months, we'll be making significant investments in our practice, creating an exceptional working environment for both our patients and our team.

As an Apprentice Dental Nurse, you'll gain valuable hands‑on experience within a busy, modern dental practice while working towards your Dental Nursing qualification. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians and dental nurses who will support you throughout your apprenticeship, helping you develop your clinical skills, confidence and knowledge. You'll gain experience in areas including surgery preparation, infection control, patient care and assisting clinicians, while developing the skills you need for a successful career in dental nursing.

Hours:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 8:15am to 5:15pm
  • Thursday: 8:15am to 6:00pm/7:00pm
  • Friday: 8:15am to 4:15pm
