Your working hours
We offer part-time hours. You must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends. You will be working 26 hours-per-week across 5 days.

What you’ll do
- Plan, organise, and deliver social and recreational activities that enhance daily living
- Support customers to explore new hobbies, interests, and outings
- Act as escort/driver for outings when required
- Work with volunteers and other team members to ensure inclusive, person-centred experiences
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing for each customer

- Experience in activities or social care roles, supporting people with disabilities
- Level 2 Activities qualification (or working towards) advantageous
- Full, clean driving licence if driving is required
- Flexible, creative, and compassionate approach
