Roseate Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Cluster Sales Manager (MICE) to join its Regional Sales Team in the UK. The role will report to the Regional General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
  • Support planning and preparing for customer and hotel meetings.
  • Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation and contracting process.
  • Travelling between hotel sites when required for client meetings and FAM Trips.
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds and attend trade shows when required.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Previous hotel or sales experience is beneficial.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
