A bit about what you will do... M&E Supervisors lead by example and promote teamwork and quality service through excellent daily communication. They play a key role in providing the finest personalised service for our guests and creating memorable experiences.
- Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Deal with last minute requests efficiently.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate events a resounding success.
- Complete time sheets make sure they are signed and correctly recorded.
