A bit about what you will do... Event waiter/waitresses in our team play a key role in providing the finest personalised service by engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences. Ensure our function rooms are set up and well-equipped to make a private and corporate event a resounding success. Serving food & drinks to our guests in an outstanding and highly efficient manner. Being knowledgeable about the food and drinks served. Dealing with last-minute requests. Ensuring function areas are kept tidy. Excellent communication with the bar & kitchen teams to ensure service runs seamlessly.

More about you... Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you. Excellent communication skills. The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. A smart and professional appearance. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 5-star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
