As our go-to-market motion scales, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to our sales processes. This role is critical to ensuring our sales team operates with speed, accuracy, and alignment backed by data, clear processes, and actionable insights.
You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the entire revenue engine.

Sales Pipeline Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, gaps, inefficiencies, and implement improvements that accelerate deal progression and revenue generation.
Data, Reporting & Insights: Leverage sales data to build dashboards, forecasts, and insights that support strategic decision-making and help teams prioritize effectively.
Process Standardization & Enablement: Define, document, and refine sales processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Tools & Systems Management: Own and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting systems) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
4–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar roles (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Experience supporting international or remote sales teams
