Account Manager Great opportunity for an Account Manager to join a people focused Healthcare Communications agency. This role would be perfect for an excellent communicator who will be responsible for delivering client projects and identifying opportunities for new business! Projects you get involved in may vary from disease awareness campaigns through to healthcare training programmes, events and more. Every project will be unique to the client and audience’s needs. Your focus will always be on exceeding client expectations. Some responsibilities include: • Being able to deliver and lead on a variety of medical communication projects from live webinars, recorded videos, infographics, live and hybrid meetings and symposia, and digital omnichannel projects • Initially involved in understanding the scope and objective of the project i.e what communication resource will be used (such as examples above), content/message, therapy area, target reach, level of speaker/key opinion leader (KOL) • Working closely with our scientific team to conduct speaker briefings and slide deck submission through to approval submission, understanding reviewers’ comments and seeing through to approval • Working with clients to ensure the optimum HCP targets are reached for their programme • Working with third party suppliers to create resources required • Managing speakers/KOLs across a variety of scientific areas • Work with other internal members of the team around the marketing and registration of events • Working with external agencies and scientific team to create post event assets – on-demand video, write ups, CPD learning modules etc. • Good understanding of project financials, tracking and reconciliation • Working with and mentoring junior members of the team as required Skills Required • Medical communications agency experience or pharmaceutical company experience • Previous project/account management experience • Working closely with digital agencies/suppliers and able to understand and deliver digital marketing/communication resources such as webinars, talking head videos, HTMLs and others • Ability to understand pharma product direction and HCP learning needs • Ability to work from Veeva PromoMats or other pharma approval systems • Understanding of pharma compliance and medical communications projects • Understanding of the ABPI code of conduct • Ability to work within extremely tight deadlines Please direct any applications to georgina.elias@meetlifesciences.com
