Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Help us use AI to connect people - starting with meetings. Meetings are where originality, creativity, and progress happen. But getting people together is unnecessarily painful. For some, it’s a minor annoyance. For others, it’s where revenue, relationships, and deals are made, and that pain really, really hurts. So we built Meet-Ting, an AI assistant that books meetings right from your inbox or phone. CC Ting or send a text, and it takes over: finds times, talks to your guests, and plans around your calendar (and soon, your energy too). The more you use it, the more it learns. Yes, you can literally talk to your calendar.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who loves finding signals in chaos. Someone who knows how to operate in very early-stage environments. Who understands that growth isn’t a channel, it’s a system of experiments. Someone who asks “Where do the high-intent users live?” and “What’s the fastest way to test that?” Someone who’s comfortable being strategic on Monday, executing on Tuesday, and rewriting the playbook on Wednesday. This role is about testing, learning, and unlocking repeatable growth - not running the same playbook forever. You’ll help us find the channels, partners, communities, and creators where Ting naturally resonates… then scale what works.
What you’ll do:
- Design, run, and measure experiments across paid, organic, creator, and partnership channels.
- Balance impact vs. effort - prioritising ROI, quality of users, and scalable acquisition paths.
- Build and optimise our multi-channel engine (product loops + paid + content + partnerships).
- Identify and activate creator ecosystems - from top AI communities to Substack writers to niche community admins.
- Build repeatable outreach, activation, and retention playbooks that scale across markets.
- Use creativity and brand instincts to make Ting feel fun, human, and worth sharing.
- Measure what matters: funnel metrics, CAC, retention, activation, and the channel-market fit signal.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven growth experience in early-stage startups.
- You know how to operate with ambiguity and still ship.
- Obsession with finding quality users, not just volume.
- Ability to work across product, paid, partnerships, and organic without overvaluing any single lever.
- You’ve built or run repeatable playbooks that scale internationally.
- A creative brain: you enjoy playing with brand, culture, storytelling, and BIG scrappy ideas.
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast, slightly chaotic environment.
- Early core role: you’ll shape how Ting grows and define our acquisition engine.
- A brand with actual personality: fun, playful, weird, human. Not another SaaS robot.
- Real ownership: experiments you design will impact users the same week.
- Backed by Google and top UK angels, actively growing, and shipping fast.
- A team that cares about clarity, creativity, and people.
How to apply:
Email hey@this-ting.com with:
- A short intro (or Loom, or anything creative).
- A few examples of experiments or growth wins you’ve driven.
- Why you’d love to help build the world’s most human meeting agent.
