We’re growing our team and looking for a self-employed Mortgage Adviser to bring their expertise, passion, and enthusiasm to help us grow together. This role is fully remote (UK-based) with bi-annual team meet-ups and reports directly to our co-founders.

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients from first inquiry to completion using our tech-driven approach.
  • Provide clear, professional mortgage advice tailored to clients' needs.
  • Work closely with our case management team, ensuring a smooth handover of client cases and a 5-star experience.
  • Stay current with market trends, lender options, and regulatory developments (maintaining CPD records).
  • Use the Meet Margo app to manage client cases efficiently and provide feedback to improve its functionality.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to deliver the best possible client outcome.
  • Ensure all advice is fully compliant with financial regulations and best practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Adviser within the UK.
  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
  • CAS status.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using technology for remote communication and client management.
