Overview: We are partnered with a global consulting firm who are looking for a VP Strategic Consulting. You will lead engagements, drive business development, and help shape the future consulting capabilities across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Client Engagements: Deliver strategic consulting projects across Commercial Strategy, Market Access & Pricing, Regulatory, Data & Analytics, or Expert Witness (Litigation)
- Revenue Generation: Drive new business development through client relationships, industry presence, and thought leadership. Expected annual revenue contribution of Β£2m+
- Practice Development: Support expansion and positioning of Strategic Consulting offering; contribute to internal initiatives and firm-wide strategy
- Team Leadership: Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and promote a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders, ensuring consistent value delivery and satisfaction
- Thought Leadership: Represent at industry events, contribute to whitepapers, and support the firm's external profile
- Proven experience at Principal/Partner level within a Strategic Consulting environment
- Clear evidence of revenue generation β minimum of Β£2m/$2m annually
- Deep domain knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Commercial Strategy (especially life sciences, healthcare-adjacent industries)
- Pricing & Market Access
- Regulatory Strategy or Affairs
- Litigation Support or Expert Witness Services
