Location: Remote - visiting London-based office twice per month

We're partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation that is seeking a Regional HRIS Analyst to support HR system operations across Europe. This role will focus on managing and optimising Workday, ensuring data integrity, supporting HR teams with escalated system queries, and contributing to ongoing system improvements and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday experience, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving HR processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HRIS Operations: Oversee day-to-day administration of the Workday system, including troubleshooting escalated queries, maintaining security roles, and supporting key annual HR processes.
  • Support System Enhancements and Projects: Participate in Workday upgrades, system releases, and onboarding of new entities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise HR system performance and user experience.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Reporting: Maintain HR data quality and governance across systems. Produce reports and workforce insights to support HR decision-making, as well as compliance and audit requirements.
  • Training and User Support: Develop user guides and training materials for HR teams. Deliver training sessions and support HR stakeholders by translating technical information into clear, practical guidance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with regional HR teams and global stakeholders to ensure effective system usage and support evolving HR processes across multiple European countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field AND 2-5 years of relevant HRIS experience
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS administration beyond standard end-user activities
  • Experience working within multi-country or regional HR environments - ideally EU experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and system outputs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support HR users
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
