Senior/Principal Consultant, Strategic Advisory

Location: London preferred (some flexibility if based in the UK)

We’re working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking healthcare consultancy looking to add a Senior/Principal Consultant, Strategy Advisory. It's working with a global medical communications agency who have created an innovation and strategy consulting arm. This team is at the forefront of helping pharma and biotech clients navigate critical decisions with bold thinking, strategic clarity, and innovative solutions.

You’ll work across a variety of client challenges, from launching new products to transforming Medical Affairs functions, always with a consultative, data-informed, and creative approach. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to strategic advisory projects for global pharma/biotech clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients; guide them through ambiguous challenges
  • Develop clear, actionable recommendations that link data, science, and insight
  • Partner with external data and tech vendors to enhance strategic delivery
  • Support internal capability building and shape new offerings in an incubator-style setting
  • Present and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, both internally and externally

Ideal Profile:

  • Extensive experience in working in pharma/healthcare consultancies
  • Experience in Medical Affairs strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and delivery-focused
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Curious, collaborative, and driven by impact
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with lots of opportunity to shape direction
