The Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Medical Communications, you will lead the scientific and editorial function, ensuring delivery of high-quality work across publications, medical affairs, omnichannel, and strategic consultancy. You will oversee a team of 10–15 scientific professionals while playing a key role in shaping scientific strategy, client partnerships, and agency growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience at Director of Scientific Services level (or equivalent)
- 15+ years’ experience within a healthcare/medical communications agency
- Strong track record in leading scientific/editorial teams
- Broad experience across publications, medical affairs, omnichannel, and strategic consultancy
- Extensive exposure to multiple pharma clients and therapy areas (including CVRM, oncology, and beyond)
- Highly confident client-facing leader, with strong presentation and issue resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and line management
- Strong strategic thinking across both accounts and people leadership
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
