Our client are searching for an experienced Principal Consultant to take ownership of high-impact projects within the healthcare and life sciences sector. This is a senior-level role with broad responsibilities across project leadership, account management, and client acquisition. From shaping strategy to ensuring flawless delivery, you will play a pivotal role in building trusted client relationships and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects end-to-end : from scoping and design through to implementation and measurable results.
• Develop business opportunities : nurture existing relationships while actively identifying and securing new client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional client value : act as both a bold problem-solver—bringing fresh, creative approaches to complex challenges—and a trusted partner who listens, empathizes, and supports.
• Drive innovation : explore new solutions where standard approaches fall short, demonstrating courage and curiosity in ambiguous situations.
• Inspire and influence : present findings convincingly at all organizational levels, guiding clients and stakeholders toward impactful outcomes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of strategic consultancy experience .
• Expertise and a strong network within healthcare or life sciences .
• Proven commercial success in business development and client acquisition .
• Excellent command of English
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to generate original solutions.
• Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others and foster collaboration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—confident across all levels of an organization.
