Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacovigilance Manager to oversee the delivery of pharmacovigilance (PV) services in compliance with global regulatory standards. This role requires leadership in managing projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a key client contact for Drug Safety Solutions Limited (DSSL).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of all client projects in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Manage DSSL workload and resource planning.
- Act as Local Responsible Person or Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) for clients as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for clients.
- Lead PV projects and/or deputise for Pharmacovigilance Scientists and Associates.
- Develop, implement, and maintain PV systems (SOPs, policies) to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, GVP, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the integrity and maintenance of DSSL's Quality Management System.
- Support training and mentoring of PV staff.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Represent the PV department during:
- For-cause/maintenance client audits
- Regulatory authority inspections
- Pre-qualification client audits
