We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive who is keen to develop hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activity in a commercially driven, purpose-led team. Working as part of the Growth Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will play a hands-on role in supporting the execution of Meet’s marketing output across content, social media and events. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives on turning ideas into action.

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Content Executive and Community Lead to ensure campaigns, content and events are delivered to a high standard, on time and across the right channels. From social posts to event support and internal communications, you’ll help bring Meet’s values, communities and expertise in Life Sciences to life!

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Practical experience with:
    • Social media creation, scheduling and engagement
    • Video filming and basic editing
    • Canva, Adobe, Riverside or similar tools
    • Supporting events and community building initiatives
  • Strong interest in:
    • Content
    • Community marketing
    • Storytelling
  • Experience in Life Sciences, recruitment or B2B marketing is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content, Social & Video Execution (50%)
    • Support ongoing social media management across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, collaborating closely with the Content Executive to schedule, publish and optimize posts
    • Monitor trends, engage with the community, and identify growth opportunities
    • Create visual assets using design tools to support campaigns, events, sales enablement and internal communications
    • Plan, film and support the creation of internal and external video content in collaboration with the Community Lead, repurposing content into multiple short-form and long-form formats for different channels
  • Events & Community Support (25%)
    • Provide hands-on support for in-person events, networking sessions and roundtables, including on-the-day coordination and content capture
    • Support pre- and post-event marketing activity, ensuring content is repurposed effectively across social and internal channels
    • Help bring Meet’s community initiatives to life through engaging, timely output
  • Sales Enablement & Internal Communications (25%)
    • Create and maintain marketing materials and resources that support our global sales teams, ensuring assets are clear, on-brand and up to date
    • Work with the People team to support internal communications, including updates, initiatives and engagement content across internal platforms
    • Support the promotion of regular internal marketing updates that reinforce Meet’s values, culture and priorities
