We’re partnering with a global leader in the Over-the-Counter (OTC) space , renowned for their trusted and innovative health & wellness products. With a strong international presence and ambitious growth plans, our client is now looking to appoint a Market Lead for the UK — a key strategic role in one of their most important markets.

The Role:

As Market Lead – UK , you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s commercial success in the region. You’ll lead strategy, manage key accounts, develop new partnerships, and inspire a high-performing sales team — all with the aim of growing market share and strengthening brand visibility.

  • Develop and implement a UK-specific sales plan in line with global objectives
  • Define KPIs and deliver against ambitious growth targets
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with leading UK retailers, pharmacy chains, and distributors
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with excellence

Market Growth & Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and consumer trends
