Founded by senior industry leaders, the business acts as a strategic launch partner to biotech and pharmaceutical companies, combining deep scientific expertise with creative and commercial thinking.
We are looking to engage with Principal Medical Writers with a strong commercial focus to join a growing, high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic, creative, and scientifically driven projects, contributing directly to brand development and launch strategy.
You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create impactful content and shape brand narratives.
Develop high-quality, insight-driven content including:
- Campaign and digital materials
- Contribute to brand planning, launch strategy, and marketing initiatives
- Participate in and support brand positioning workshops
- Contribute to tactical and content planning sessions
- Brand strategy
Ideally 1–2 years’ experience at Principal Medical Writer level. Strong Senior Medical Writers may be considered if close to promotion. Background in a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency. Experience contributing to brand positioning workshops. Strong ability to translate strategy into compelling content. Ideally PhD, MSc considered with strong experience.
