What You’ll Be Doing
- Own your 360 recruitment desk: from sourcing candidates to winning new clients
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, and referrals to find top talent
- Become an expert in the Life Sciences market
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date
- Represent Meet and our clients with professionalism and energy
What We’re Looking For
- A sales‑focused mindset with a hunger to succeed
- Outbound sales experience (a big plus!)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not essential)
