About the Role
We are hiring Market Access Managers to lead UK access strategy for specialty medicines. As this is a newly established function, you will drive national and regional payer strategy, support formulary access, and shape adoption pathways across dermatology and respiratory products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of UK market access strategy at national and regional levels.
- Drive formulary inclusion, guideline placement, and payer adoption across ICBs and NHS networks.
- Engage directly with NICE, MHRA, NHS decision-makers and payer bodies to support product access.
- Develop compelling value propositions, payer materials, and access positioning aligned to NHS priorities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, KOLs and external stakeholders to support uptake and implementation.
Requirements
- ~5–7 years’ experience within UK market access, ideally in specialty or branded medicines.
- ~Proven experience engaging with NICE, ICBs, MHRA, and NHS access pathways.
- ~Strong understanding of UK reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and payer decision drivers.
- ~Experience supporting product launches, ideally within dermatology and/or respiratory therapy areas.
- ~Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, lean, agile and entrepreneurial environment.
