We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead the strategic and operational delivery of medical communications programmes. This senior client services position combines expertise in med comms strategy, multichannel programme delivery, account development, and team management.
Serve as the operational and strategic lead on accounts, providing leadership to the team and supporting company growth.
Programme Delivery:- Oversee the design and implementation of clinically focused programmes that are trusted by healthcare professionals and drive better patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality deliverables.
- Provide leadership to client service colleagues at various levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to the development of new business proposals.
- 5+ years of medical communications experience.
- Experience delivering face-to-face and/or online programmes.
