We are partnering with a highly respected, independent medical communications agency to support the expansion of their senior leadership team through the addition of an experienced Client Services Director. This is a strategic role for a senior client services professional who is looking to lead high-value global accounts, shape business direction, and contribute to the long-term growth of a well-established, values-driven organisation.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets
- Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention
- Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning
- Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes
- Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams
- Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance
Therapeutic Areas: The portfolio can be aligned to the successful candidate’s expertise and interests across: Oncology, Cardiovascular, Rare Disease, Renal and Infectious Disease.
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Significant experience in a senior client services role within a medical communications agency
- Strong experience across publications and/or medical affairs
- Proven success managing global, high-value client accounts
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
